At Nuvera Health, we are committed to delivering your products safely and on time.

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: is set to next day delivery. this varies upon time of order placed and packaged.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Charges:

  • Standard shipping charges may vary based on location and order value.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over 40 GBP

Delivery Issues:

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, contact us.

  • We will investigate and ensure a resolution as quickly as possible.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we only deliver within UK & Ireland


RETURNS POLICY 

1. General

We supply products strictly for research and laboratory purposes. We do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched, unless the product is defective or an error has occurred on our part.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence of the packaging and item

Upon verification, we will offer either a replacement or a refund.

3. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:

  • The item delivered is not the item ordered

  • The item is verified as damaged or defective on arrival

Items must be unopened and in the original, sealed packaging.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Items opened, unsealed, or used

  • Changes of mind

  • Incorrect ordering by the customer

  • Orders correctly fulfilled and delivered in good condition

5. Shipping Responsibilities

If a return is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions

  • You must return the item using a tracked delivery service

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected

6. Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of inspection.

7. UK-Only Shipping

We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. Orders placed with non-UK shipment details will be cancelled and refunded before dispatch.
